VIDEO: Protesters Gather Outside Seattle Home Depot, Demand Company Support Undocumented Immigrants

A group of left-leaning demonstrators gathered outside a Home Depot store in Seattle this week, demanding that the company provide support or sanctuary to undocumented immigrants. The protesters reportedly threatened to boycott the retailer if their demands were not met.

Videos circulating on social media show several people holding signs and chanting outside the store, calling on Home Depot to “stand with immigrants” and “stop profiting off exploited labor.” Some protesters accused the company of failing to protect undocumented workers in the construction supply chain.

The demonstration appeared to be part of a broader local campaign urging major retailers and contractors to adopt pro-immigrant policies, though Home Depot has not issued any public response to the protest as of Thursday.

Critics online mocked the protest, suggesting that the demonstrators were out of touch with the company’s customer base and the realities of manual labor. Others defended the protest as a legitimate expression of concern for immigrant workers’ rights.

Seattle police said the protest remained peaceful and no arrests were made.
